At 3.8 ounces and a 65/35 poly/cotton blend, it’s one of the lighter blanks in the wholesale market, and the poly-rich construction means it resists wrinkles, dries quickly, and holds its shape after repeated washing better than cotton-heavy alternatives.
Screen printers working with sublimation should note that the higher poly content makes the 241 more sublimation-friendly than standard cotton/poly blends. It also takes plastisol and heat transfer cleanly for traditional decoration methods.
